Frequently Asked Questions 

How will I know when my order has been dispatched? 

Once your order has been dispatched form our warehouse. Our courier will automatically send you the confirmation email or message to your mobile phone. 

How long will it take for my order to arrive? 

Once you have received confirmation that your order has been dispatched you can expect this to arrive with 1- 2 Working days. we aim to Deliver the Order by dpd next day in England and Wales 
For any international orders please allow between 7 -10 working days for delivery. 
Please note we must allow 15 working days before we can class your item as lost or stolen in the post. 

Do you offer a next day delivery? 

If your order is received before 3:00pm on working days we can arrange for this to be sent on a next day service, subject to stock availability. Please note this service is only available within the UK. 

What do I do if I have not received my order?  

If your order does not arrive within the estimated time and you have received confirmation that it was dispatched please check the following: 

1) With any neighbours. 
2) With any other resident at your property that might have the parcel but hasn't told you yet. 
3) In any possible, safe places, that a driver might have left the parcel in. 
4) .Re-confirm your delivery address so we can verify this is where it was sent. 
5) if You still couldn’t find your parcel please email us at SocksVillage@gmail.com

Damaged Item OR Order Not Delivered 

After an order has been dispatched we are in the hands of the postal system, who on occasions can damage or lose items in the transit and sometimes can be very slow. This is as frustrating for us as it is for you. Please remember our customer support team are here to help you, please get in touch

Faulty Goods:  

All goods are sold as new unless otherwise stated on the individual listing. Any item found to be faulty or damaged when received must be RETURN TO US WITHIN 7 days of receipt, please contact us through telephone or email communications so that we can arrange to collect and replace your faulty item as quickly as possible. 

Wrong Item Delivered:  

If we deliver the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will arrange to collect and replace your item as quickly as possible. 


Customers Please note that  Top Hats,Bowler Hats and Umbrella are not included as free delivery items if bought only through our website on order over £300 and delivery will be charged on top of the order placed if only bought these items on your order
